Full‑time during term time 40 hours a week plus 10 days during the school holidays (flexible for the right candidate)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our busy Administration team as Calendar, Trips and Co‑Curricular Coordinator.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the administration, coordination and communication of school activities outside of timetabled lessons, including the school calendar, trips, visits, and co‑curricular programmes. You will work closely with the Assistant Head, Co‑Curricular and Enrichment and senior leaders to ensure events and activities are accurately planned, compliant with safeguarding and risk management requirements, and professionally communicated to staff, students, and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Administration, coordination and communication of school activities outside of timetabled lessons.
  • Managing the school calendar, trips, visits, and co‑curricular programmes.
  • Ensuring events and activities are accurately planned, compliant with safeguarding and risk management requirements.
  • Communicating events and activities professionally to staff, students, and parents.
  • Building positive relationships with staff, students, and external providers.
