We are looking for a proactive, practical and organised Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our school site. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will lead on the maintenance, security and operational management of our modern school, ensuring that our buildings and grounds provide a safe, welcoming and well‑maintained environment for students, staff and visitors.
Working closely with the Business Manager, you will oversee site maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractors and cleaning staff, while taking pride in maintaining high standards across the school. Relevant training will be provided where required.

The Role: As Site Manager, you will:
- Lead the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and security of the school site.
- Act as the main key holder, including responding to emergency call‑outs where required.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and inspections to keep the buildings and grounds in excellent condition.
- Ensure statutory health and safety checks are completed and accurately recorded.
- Monitor and maintain building services, including heating, lighting, alarms, CCTV and other site systems.
- Manage contractors, obtain quotations and oversee maintenance projects.
- Supervise the cleaning and site team, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Organise deliveries, stock control and general site logistics.
- Promote a safe, secure and welcoming environment for everyone who uses the school.
