Sir Thomas Fremantle is set in North Buckinghamshirefor 11-16 year olds serving the local community. The school is in easy reach ofMilton Keynes and Aylesbury. We benefit from great facilities - the schoolbuilding was only opened in 2017.
We are driven to ensure all our students have anincredible education that inspires and prepares them for the next step in theirjourney. With 730 students we are able to really get to know each of them andour sense of community is a real strength of our school.

Aboutyou:
You'll care about students, and you will want the best for them regardless of theircircumstances or backgrounds. You'll have an excellent inclusive ethos and advocate and you'll support the team in breaking barriers to their success. Youwill use your analytical and evaluative skills to review our provision forstudents. You will reflect on research and maintain an understanding of how wecan support our students to succeed. You will work with external agencies tofind solutions to enable students to rise to the challenge. You'll beambitious, highly organised and an outstanding teacher.
Youwill lead the team to support to ensure our school puts everything in place toenable all to succeed. You will besupported by an amazing SEND team along with a supportive leadership team.
We will support you viatraining programmes, such as NPQs, Leadership Training, Peer Reviews.
