What we need
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to take on the position of Second in Art, Design & Technology. The successful candidate will be looking for an opportunity to enhance their career in the classroom and have the ability to effectively develop their pedagogy and practice. Experience of teaching Design, Technology & Product Design across KS3-5 is essential. In addition, you will need to be an enthusiastic, lively and versatile teacher with a passion for your subject and the desire to contribute to the development of the Art, Design and Technology Faculty and the Academy as a whole. The post would suit experienced teachers for whom an effective induction scheme is in place. This is an exciting time to join the Academy and support its improvement with an opportunity to make a difference within the subject area and across the Academy.
