The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Due to the retirement of the current post holder we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join our existing team of Pastoral Leaders.

Reporting directly to the House team and the Director of Pastoral Care, this role is pivotal to the daily running of the Academy. Our Pastoral Leaders do not teach and so support students and parents throughout the academy day.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere to our values. A level of accountability, autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role.
