Friday to Monday Weekend Shift
Sir Robert McAlpine has secured a prestigious contract to construct a state‑of‑the‑art Battery Manufacturing Facility. The initial phase of the project includes the design and construction of a new 15GWh lithium‑ion battery facility, ancillary buildings, and site‑wide external works.

The Role: A member of the project team reporting to the Works Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of works operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency and safety during both the pre‑construction and construction phases of the project. The role will require effective communication with all members of the project team to achieve all aspects of Build Sure. Manage and direct construction‑based logistics, plan for materials orders, subcontractor and plant availability. Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures across all functions including quality, health and safety and environmental.
Your Profile: Extensive work experience within the Construction Industry. Experience managing many stakeholders within a live environment. Proven experience supervising on‑site works. Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations and quality standards. Understanding of all facets of the construction process. Assistance to Package Engineers in applicable procedures and approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection.
