Who we're looking for
We are interested in hearing from experienced construction professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects and would like to be considered for opportunities on Therme Manchester.
We are particularly interested in individuals with:
- Experience working for a main contractor on large-scale or complex construction projects.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering projects in challenging and collaborative environments.
- Strong technical, commercial, construction or project management experience within your specialist discipline.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to achieving high standards of safety, quality and performance.
- The ability to manage complexity, identify risks and contribute positively to project delivery.
- A genuine passion for construction and a desire to work on a project that will create a lasting legacy.
We welcome expressions of interest from professionals across a wide range of construction disciplines and career levels, including those with experience in construction management, engineering, commercial, project management, design, planning, procurement, quality, health and safety and other specialist functions.
While experience on major projects is highly desirable, we are also interested in hearing from individuals who can demonstrate the skills, experience and ambition to contribute to a project of this scale.
