SRM are preparing for the commencement of a major programme of construction works in Port Talbot, South Wales. The works to be undertaken will involve heavy construction/civil engineering works across a variety of industrial work fronts over the next 3 to 4 years, commencing initially with a series of enabling works ahead of the main programme of works commencing Q3: 2025.

The Logistics Administrator role:
- As a Logistics Administrator you will be working closely with the project delivery team reporting into the Logistics Manager based on the project.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks for the team including but not limited to:
- Arranging inductions
- Booking in vehicles and visitors
- Ensuring we are compliant with client communications
- Maintaining accurate and consistent records
Your profile:
- Must be a Team Player
- Must be hands-on and with a “can do attitude.”
- IT Proficient preferably used to working with a Common Data Environment although not essential as training will be given for the right candidate
- Proficiency in both Word and Excel is a must
- Previous experience in Civil Engineering or Construction environment preferred but not essential
- Previous Logistics Administration experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
