SRM are currently recruiting for a Site Cleaner to join the team at the Kettering Energy Centre project. This is to keep the smooth running of a busy construction site by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation. A valid CSCS Card is required for this role. The position is a fixed term contract for 10-12 months part-time. Hours of work required: 8am – 2pm, Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining cleanliness of all site areas including welfare facilities (canteens, offices, changing rooms, and toilets)
- Ensuring walkways and common areas are kept tidy, clear, and hazard-free
- Removing waste and disposing of materials in line with site procedures
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and sanitary products
- Supporting the site team in maintaining health & safety standards
- Previous cleaning experience (construction site experience desirable but not essential)
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Right to work in the UK
- CSCS Green Card is Essential for this role
