Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W) department supports the business to reduce HS&W Advisor risk and create positive working environments.

Your profile
The purpose of a H&S Advisor is to support stakeholders to achieve the highest levels of HS&W performance. You will provide advice and support to management teams, employees and supply chain partners and work collaboratively with the client team.
Essential:
Member of IOSH
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Excellent people leadership skills
Experience of providing highly technical H&S support to complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
Competent understanding and ability to apply root cause analysis
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience of leading HS&W improvement with successful results
A proactive approach to your own learning and development
Experience of providing H&S support to Construction or Civil Engineering projects
Desired:
Chartered member of IOSH
NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health and Safety
Mental Health First Aider
Sound understanding of behavioural psychology and human factors
