We are currently looking to hire a Gate Person to join our site at Kettering General Hospital.

As the Gate Person, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries on a busy construction site in Kettering. You will be responsible for ensuring every person and vehicle is signed in and out of the site. There will also be some elements of traffic marshalling.

The typical working hours for this role are as follows: 07:00 - 18:00 Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 16:00 Friday (There may be a requirement for occasional weekend working).

Your profile for this role will need:

  • Previous experience of working on a gate.
  • The ability to speak to members of the public in a polite & courteous manner.
  • A valid CSCS card.
  • A valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall ticket or other recognised Traffic Marshall certificate.
