- Extensive experience working with façades, ideally across a variety of building types
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Thorough understanding of façade guidelines, legislation, and Building Regulations
- Practical mindset with strong problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities
- Confident communicator, able to work independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Organised, driven, and capable of managing multiple complex projects
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership on façade design, materials, manufacture, and installation
- Investigate façade-related issues, problem-solve, and deliver robust, compliant solutions
- Apply strong knowledge of building physics, façade good practice, relevant legislation, and Building Regulations
- Support projects through design, manufacture, and construction phases
- Work collaboratively with multiple internal teams across several projects simultaneously
- Engage closely with Old & Remedial Project teams and live project delivery teams
- Manage workload effectively, identifying priorities and managing time independently
- Undertake regular site visits across the UK
