The Work Winning / Bid Manager will report to our company Director of Bidding and lead opportunity pursuit for key clients in Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage sectors including major projects.

Support/manage the complete work winning process - from business development and early engagement, capture planning and win strategy development, to commencing formal procurement stage, all the way through to post tender requirements.
Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders including Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.
Manage governance requirements at corporate and functional levels in accordance with our company management processes.
Maintain our CRM information management system with bid data.
Key member of our Bid Management functional team supporting improvement activities and development of our company wide bid processes and evidence gathering.
Experienced Work Winning/Bid Manager. We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in private sector bidding.
Effective management of bid teams to deliver high quality outputs, on time.
Effective people management skills, leadership, and strong negotiation experience.
Have a flexible approach to working styles, working cross sector and geography.
Highly developed organisational and planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills.
