We are seeking an exceptional and committed Senior Teacher to join ourteam and work closely with the Headteacher in driving the next phase of ourschool's development. This is a uniqueopportunity for an experienced teacher who wishes to combine significantclassroom practice with a defined senior leadership role.
Thisis a key strategic role for an experienced teacher and leader who is ready totake on whole‑school responsibility. The role comprises four days per week as aclass teacher and one day per week dedicated to senior leadershipresponsibilities. The successful candidate will deputise for the Headteacher intheir absence, maintain an overview of day‑to‑day life in the school, and playa central role in leading people, practice and improvement.
Youwill take responsibility for the performance management of support staff,contribute significantly to school improvement priorities, lead a subject orsubjects, manage day-to-day operational matters and help ensure that our schoolcontinues to provide a safe, positive and ambitious environment for all pupilsand staff.
