Sir Martin Frobisher Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide classroom support and collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences for all pupils.
You will deliver targeted small group or 1:1 activities, adapt learning to individual needs, and help foster a love of learning in a safe, positive environment. This role supports progression and high standards for every pupil.
