Position Overview
As a Digital Content & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive brand awareness, boost engagement, and generate excitement around our nightlife experiences.
Working closely with venue managers and event coordinators, you will craft and manage digital campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple venues, including social media posts, graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts for various venues (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
- Campaign Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns around upcoming events, promotions, and themed nights to drive attendance and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities around each venue's brand.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with venue managers, DJs, entertainers, and marketing teams to align content with upcoming events and promotions.
- Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.
- Advertising & Promotions: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (e. g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to boost visibility and attendance.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
