The idealcandidate will be forward-thinking, aware of the changing needs of theworkplace and keen to ensure that we fully prepare our students for the demandsof the 21st century. The ability to work with young adults of all abilities isessential and you must have excellent one-to-one guidance and group workskills. You must be proactive in forging wide links with universities,professional associations, and businesses.
The idealcandidate will be educated to degree level and possess a Level 6 Diploma inCareer Information and Advice (we will consider a Grade E post for those who donot possess the level 6 and will provide further support to the successfulapplicant to achieve this qualification).
