The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 € per year.

The post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support within the Inclusion department, specifically focusing on supporting the SEN and Access Arrangements team. They will provide administrative support to the SENCo within the Annual Review process and day-to-day SEND enquiries. They will also provide support and assistance with the co‑ordination, planning and submission process for Exam Access Arrangements for internal and external examinations in line with internal, exam board and JCQ regulations. This role follows a college academic calendar and requires onsite attendance from the start of the academic year on GCSE Results Day (third Thursday in August), ending in mid‑July.

Qualifications

  • Achieved 5 A-C / 9-4 at GCSE level
  • Experience carrying out administrative tasks
  • Experience working in a role with high levels of information and complexity
  • Ability to work in an organised and methodical way to deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexibly
  • Ability to work well in a supportive yet demanding department
  • Skilled in IT systems and communication
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references
