The role oversees the operational delivery of the Progress Mentor provision, with a focus on achievement, attendance and student welfare, and requires onsite presence from GCSE results day to mid-July.

The post is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week, term time plus two weeks), reporting to the Head of Achievement and Support, with a Sept 2026 start date.
