Salary: £14 per hour plus service charge

Location: Sir Devonshire Hotel, City of London

Working Hours: Around 40 hours per week, typically across 5 shifts between Monday and Sunday

Your Role as Bartender

  • Deliver a heartfelt and personalised bar experience to every guest
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from timeless classics to unique house specials
  • Keep the bar organised, fully stocked, and sparkling clean
  • Share your drinks knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
  • Supporting our food service when needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience behind the bar in a hotel, cocktail bar, or high-volume and quality-focused setting
  • Great communication skills and a warm, engaging presence
  • A calm and professional approach, even during the busiest shifts
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for hospitality, a love of drinks and curiosity to learn more
