Salary: Voluntary Living Wage £12.60 per hour (£20,815 pro rata). For those with a level 3 qualification: NJC 5 - 7 £21,906 - £22,608 (pro rata salary) £25,583 - £26,403 (FTE salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits.

If you don’t yet hold this qualification, don’t worry! We’ll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme, helping you gain the behaviours, skills and experience you need to thrive in the role.

About Lift Wishmore: Lift Wishmore is a special school in Chobham, Surrey for boys aged 7 to 16 years who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties. We can admit up to 82 pupils which means that class sizes are small and we work very closely with our students to ensure they get the most out of each day with us. Set in beautiful grounds, we provide high quality CPD to all staff routed through the instructional excellence model.
