Help shape how technology transforms learning. We are looking for a Technology Support Officer to join our team in Gloucester, supporting a group of schools transitioning into Lift Schools. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at a pivotal moment. You will support four schools within the CBAT trust as they join Lift Schools, helping embed technology that enhances teaching, learning and day-to-day operations. You will be based primarily at Marling School, with travel to other local schools when needed. These include Callowell Primary School, Berkeley Primary School and Camwoodfield Junior School.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take a hands-on role in supporting colleagues and students to use technology with confidence and impact.
- Support staff and students with day-to-day technology.
- Lead training sessions and build confidence in using tech.
- Maintain devices and classroom equipment.
- Support rollout of devices and systems.
- Work with school leaders to improve how technology is used.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone confident, practical and passionate about using technology to improve education.
- Experience supporting and managing devices across Windows, iOS or similar platforms.
- Confident communicator with experience delivering training to groups or creating guidance materials.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- A driving licence and access to a car to travel between schools.
- Experience working in schools or supporting teaching is a plus.
