Lift Schools Apprenticeships is a fast-growing, high-quality training provider dedicated exclusively to supporting schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK. We design industry-leading Level 2–5 apprenticeship programmes shaped by the real expertise of over 57 schools and more than 20 national partners.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Trainer to deliver our Teaching Assistant Level 3 and Specialist Teaching Assistant Level 5 (SEND) programmes, with opportunities to contribute to Early Years, Business Admin, Operations Manager, Digital and Coaching pathways depending on your experience.

In this role, you’ll guide apprentices through their full learning journey; planning and delivering high-quality training, conducting regular reviews, supporting progress through our e-portfolio system, and preparing learners for successful End Point Assessment. You’ll work closely with employers, contribute to programme development, and play an active role in maintaining our outstanding training standards.
