Salary Range: NJC 12 – 17: £32,535 – £34,998 (actual), with well-being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS) and additional Lift Schools benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site security and access management.
  • Open and close the school premises daily (split shift pattern), including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Act as the principal key holder and respond to emergency call-outs as needed.

  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs and health & safety procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role considered desirable but not essential.
