Lift Beacon High is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for our Autism Resource Provision (ARP) in London.
You will work with teachers and HLTA staff to support a bespoke ARP curriculum, assisting students to access learning and build confidence.
You will lead targeted small-group sessions and help students integrate into mainstream lessons, promoting independence, wellbeing and successful outcomes for learners with autism.
