About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated attendance officer to join our supportive team at Lift Kingsley. The role is full‑time and permanent, and starts as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Improve student attendance: Ensuring the school meets statutory obligations and targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service: Building solid relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Drive school improvement: Contributing to the overall success of the academy.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Customer service focus: Commitment to providing exceptional support.
• Technical proficiency: Good IT skills and ability to use various software applications.
