We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant who shares our values and ethos of delivering an engaging, exciting and exceptional education for every child, every day. The successful candidate will be a reflective and enthusiastic practitioner with the ability to support high quality teaching and learning across the school.

Whether supporting individuals or groups within teacher-led lessons, or when delivering cover lessons, you will work closely with teachers and wider school staff to help pupils achieve their full potential academically, socially and personally, whilst promoting independence, confidence and a love of learning.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learning across the school through delivering planned learning activities, working with individuals and groups of pupils, and providing classroom cover where required. You will contribute to creating a stimulating, inclusive and positive environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to succeed.
