An exciting opportunity to join a friendly MAT in a gorgeous new building providing admin support to the Education & Primary Directors.
Lift Schools are one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the country made up of 58 primary, secondary and special schools, educating more than 33,000 pupils. Our Chief Executive, Rebecca (Becks) Boomer-Clark, joined in 2021 and has a clear objective, an excellent education for every child, in every classroom, every day regardless of background, geography or ability.
You’ll be in the office 3 days per week Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and working from home Tuesdays and Fridays.
Your new role involves reporting into Natalie Straker, Education Programmes Coordinator, where you will be provided with support and a structured introduction to the central team, training on the system and a friendly manager on hand. The role of the Education Programmes Assistant is to provide support for the Education Programmes office. This will include administrative support for the Education Director and Director of Primary. This role focuses primarily on coordination, logistics, and senior leader support, working closely with the Education Programmes Administrator who leads on core programme administration. This role will support the Education Programmes Coordinator in ensuring all aspects of the Education Programmes Office run smoothly including meeting support, Principal events, arranging travel, diary management and uploading expenses. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strong experience in education operations within a large multi-academy trust.

- You will be able to manage your own time effectively and respond well to a changing environment.
- You will have good IT skills including calendars, spreadsheets and document production.
- You will possess generally great administrative skills, in particular high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You should have the ability to communicate professionally and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
