About the Role

The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher who delivers engaging, high-quality Art and Design lessons across all Key Stages. You will support a broad extracurricular programme and contribute to whole‑school initiatives that promote wellbeing and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Art and Design lessons that motivate and challenge all learners.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
  • Promote positive behaviour, personal development and inclusive participation in lessons.
  • Support the wider vision and values of Lift Unity City.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holds a degree in a relevant creative arts-based subject.
  • Has experience working with young people within a school environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Is passionate about student development and wellbeing.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Attends interviews in person; online interviews are not supported.
