We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hardworking
Part-Time Caretaker to help maintain our premises to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and securing the premises as required.
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Monitoring health and safety standards and reporting any concerns.
- Liaising with contractors and service providers when necessary.
- Setting up rooms and facilities for meetings and events.
- Undertaking basic gardening and outdoor maintenance duties.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience (preferred but not essential).
- Be practical and able to carry out minor repair work.
- Possess good organisational and communication skills.
- Be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Have a strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
