Sir Bernard Lovell Academy is seeking a reliable and organised Exams Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Exams Officer in the day to day planning and running of exams. We are a friendly team who are dedicated to supporting students during their exams, aiming to give students the best environment possible to fulfil their potential.
About Sir Bernard Lovell Academy: We are a thriving and oversubscribed 11-18 co-educational comprehensive school serving the communities between Bristol and Bath. Our strong house system, student leadership roles and enrichment programme ensure that our students have an extensive range of opportunities to develop their personal skills and characteristics outside as well as inside the classroom.

Role information: Term Time Only, no Inset Days, plus one week during the summer holiday to cover GCSE and A Level results days. 20 hours per week. Working days and hours need to be flexible, involving some 8 am starts during the exam seasons. Grade 4 £27,274 - £27,709 FTE, Actual Salary: £12,667 - £12,869. Contract is fixed term initially, until 31st August, 2027 to cover a secondment. Closing date: 11:59 on Sunday, 27th September, 2026.
