Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role for the central belt of Scotland and Northern England. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Creating strategic plans to expand market presence
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Preparing regular reports
  • Representing the company at industry events

This is a hybrid remote working role, reporting into our head office in Glenrothes, Fife.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in timber frame business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for market expansion
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience or knowledge in the construction or timber frame/structural insulated panel sector is a must
  • Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
