We are looking for an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ post‑qualification experience to join the charity/faith department of our busy Real Estate team. The role involves providing advice on property matters to charities and church organisations and running your own files while supporting the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and buy charity property
  • Advise charity trustees in relation to charity and church property matters
  • Handle leases, including granting new leases and renewals
  • Manage development projects, including overage issues

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ or more PQE as a solicitor
  • Knowledge of charity law and ecclesiastical law
  • Experience dealing with commercial property transactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, highly organised, able to work quickly and accurately within tight timescales with minimal supervision
