The Role

Sintons has a strong and experienced Real Estate team acting for a large number of significant and sophisticated developers and investors. We are looking to enhance and grow our team through the appointment of an experienced solicitor. The team is one of the largest Real Estate teams in the region with 7 partners supported by senior associates, associates, solicitors and paralegals.

Requirements

  • We require a 2 years’ + PQE Solicitor to join the well known and established Real Estate Finance Team.
  • Property finance / development finance acting on a separately represented basis for institutional lenders.
  • Acting for borrowers alone and borrowers and lenders on a jointly represented basis.
  • Landlord and tenant and other transactional property work including sales and acquisitions.
  • Experience of acting for investors would also be an advantage as well as experience dealing with a wide range of property matters.

We are looking for someone who is self‑motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic, who can work quickly and accurately, often within tight timescales to meet the needs of lender clients. The successful candidate will have knowledge of matters of importance when acting for an institutional lender and will be able to adapt the delivery of their work to suit the requirements of individual lenders. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, to deal with a broad range of clients, along with the willingness to provide the highest standard of client care.

A competitive salary is available, along with a discretionary firm bonus scheme. Opportunities are also available for career progression. Hybrid working is fully implemented and supported in the firm.
