The Role
We have a vacancy for a Litigation Support Assistant role within the Claimant Personal Injury department. The successful candidate will work in the Personal Injury team assisting claims handlers and case administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking initial personal injury enquiries and setting up new files.
- Supporting claims handlers with various aspects of case administration and preparation.
- Organising all aspects of case meetings and conferences.
- Liaising with clients, witnesses and various professionals.
- Supporting case handlers with liability and quantum investigations.
- Maintaining accurate administrative records of ongoing files.
- Promoting the firm externally by attending events and developing positive relationships.
- Handling invoices from various sources and maintaining schedules.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the field of Claimant Personal Injury litigation, be highly organised, and able to manage a tasks diary and prioritise work. Good communication and IT skills are essential, along with attention to detail and a good work ethic. A competitive salary is available, along with a firm bonus scheme.
