We're seeking an experienced and well-networked candidate to join our promotions and sales team in London. As our Events & Communications Manager, you will oversee the planning of our parties to ensure the highest standards are met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, hardworking professional with a passion for the hospitality industry to join an award-winning brand.
You will serve as the primary point of contact across all digital and telephonic touchpoints, managing incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, Live Chat and our office systems with professional and timely responses. Beyond answering queries, you will execute proactive follow-up protocols for all booking enquiries and perform daily audits of abandoned orders and coupons to maximise conversion rates. You will also lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring their data is accurately integrated into our CRM systems to fuel future marketing and retention strategies.
Our ideal candidate is a digital native who can utilise TikTok and Instagram as active lead-generation tools to identify and engage high-intent guests. You will be responsible for creating high-impact content to help drive weekly ticket sales. You will nurture our online community, build long-term brand loyalty and constantly seek innovative ways to increase website traffic.
You will take a lead role in the daily coordination of our events, ensuring all logistical aspects are prepared well in advance. This includes a rigorous weekly audit of reservations to ensure guest counts and reservations are accurate. On-site, you will oversee a venue setup, coordinate with DJs and photographers, and provide a warm, professional welcome to our guests to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, sales, or promotions industry. You must possess excellent communication and IT skills, ideally have access to a large network of prospective customers and be highly organised with a keen eye for detail. While you will be based in our Putney head office, the nature of our business requires full flexibility to work weekends to manage our weekly events.
