Installation Team Leader (Russian Speaking) in Corby

SINTEC UK is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Team Leader to oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning of automation and conveyor systems on a construction site project in the UK. The role combines hands-on technical work with team supervision, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of electrical and mechanical installations in compliance with safety and client standards. Key responsibilities include: Oversee and participate in the installation and assembly of systems, including cable management infrastructure, panels, conveyor components, and auxiliary systems Ensure all works are executed in strict compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and applicable safety and quality regulations Provide effective supervision, guidance, and mentorship to mechanics, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards Liaise with the Line Manager to coordinate technical modifications and resolve project-related challenges Manage materials efficiently by monitoring usage, and reporting shortages promptly Skills: At least 2 years of experience in managing electrical installation works, particularly in automation technologies such as conveyor systems and ASRS Strong understanding of technical drawings and project documentation MandatoryECS or SPA certification An advantage SSSTS or SMSTS Technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Full clean UK driving license Fluent in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage We Offer: Competitive salary (£24 – 26 per hour gross, depending on experience), 220 h per month Dynamic work environment in a growing company The chance to be part of a successful and growing company We can consider project-based contracts only; however, willingness to work on a project basis in various locations across the UK is required, if necessary, to maintain a long-term professional relationship Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
