Electromechanical Team Leader

SINTEC UK is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Team Leader to oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning of automation and conveyor systems on a construction site project in the UK. The role combines hands-on technical work with team supervision, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of electrical and mechanical installations in compliance with safety and client standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and participate in the installation and assembly of systems, including cable management infrastructure, panels, conveyor components, and auxiliary systems
• Ensure all works are executed in strict compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and applicable safety and quality regulations
• Provide effective supervision, guidance, and mentorship to mechanics, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards
• Liaise with the Line Manager to coordinate technical modifications and resolve project-related challenges
• Manage materials efficiently by monitoring usage, and reporting shortages promptly

Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing electrical installation works, particularly in automation technologies such as conveyor systems and ASRS
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project documentation
• Mandatory – SSSTS or SMSTS and ECS or SPA certification
• Technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Full clean UK driving license
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
