Director of Interior Design

I’m looking to speak with UK-based experienced hospitality design leaders for a Director role with a globally recognised practice within their Dubai studio.

With 200 people worldwide and a strong 50-person team in Dubai, this firm is behind some of the most high-profile luxury hospitality projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

They set the benchmark for design at the highest level, working with leading developers and operators to create world-class hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Principals and take on the day-to-day leadership of one of their highly skilled design teams.

They’re looking for someone who can drive projects forward, mentor and develop the team, and maintain the exceptional design standards the practice is known for.

There’s a clear path for progression, and they’re keen to bring in someone who will grow with the business long-term.

The salary is between 95,000 to 120,000 Tax Free, whilst this is a big range, I will be able to discuss this with the candidates.
