About the opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to the HR team and the wider business. This is a varied and busy role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across HR, facilities, and general office administration, and who takes pride in supporting a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Support the HR Manager with payroll administration, recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects.
- Handle office administration including post, stationery, visitor management, orders, deliveries, keys, and access passes.
- Coordinate business travel requirements.
- Take meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.
- Administer the company training and competence system.
- Support facilities management, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and liaison with building managers.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
- Relevant administration or HR qualification preferred.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Discrete and professional when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SharePoint.
