Job Responsibilities
- Medical Training & Clinical Governance: Deliver structured medical training and clinical guidance to partner clinics and healthcare institutions. Ensure compliance with Singapore medical regulations, ethical standards, and internal SOPs. Support safe and effective implementation of treatment protocols.
- Clinical Evidence & Medical Affairs: Support clinical studies, case collection, and real-world evidence generation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop medical publications and reports. Ensure proper documentation in line with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
- KOL Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Facilitate scientific exchange and gather clinical insights. Act as a medical liaison between the company and healthcare professionals.
- Scientific & Academic Activities: Participate in and support local and regional medical conferences, workshops, and seminars. Contribute to the development of scientific content and presentations.
- Adverse Event Management & Risk Control: Manage and follow up on adverse events (AEs) and clinical complaints. Develop preventive strategies and provide medical recommendations. Ensure timely escalation and reporting in accordance with local regulations.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Provide medical training to commercial teams (sales, marketing, etc.). Support product‑related medical inquiries and field feedback. Collaborate across departments to achieve business and compliance objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field; Advanced degree (Master’s or above) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in medical affairs / medical aesthetics / clinical practice; experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.
- Proficient in office software, with basic literature retrieval capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific literature.
