- What You’ll Do
- As an
AI Transformation Associate Director , you’ll drive Singulier’s most advanced AI missions, combining strategic impact with hands‑on technical leadership.
- You’ll lead engagements across
- Due Diligence ,
- Transformation ,
- Implementation , and
- Build , with a strong focus on
- LLM architectures ,
- AI Agentix frameworks , and
AI-enabled business models .
You will be both a trusted advisor to executives and a technical architect capable of designing and building scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AI & Tech Due Diligence
- Assess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.
- Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.
- Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.
- Transformation & AI Strategy
- Define AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation goals.
- Design architectures leveraging
- LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and
AI Agentix ecosystems .
- Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.
- Implementation & Build
- Lead end-to-end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize prototypes at scale.
- Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.
- Practice Leadership & Growth
- Contribute to building Singulier’s AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.
- Mentor teams on AI engineering, productization, and client impact.
- Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in AI, data, or applied tech consulting.
- Strong knowledge of
- LLMs ,
AI Agentix frameworks , and system architecture design .
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI or data systems.
- Track record in
- Due Diligence , digital transformation , or
AI delivery .
- Strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex tech topics for C-level audiences.
- Hands‑on familiarity with modern AI stacks (Lang Chain, Vector DBs, MLOps, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
