As a Talent Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting the Talent Community with opportunities in life‑changing therapies. You will be the link between people and opportunities, and a key representative of Singular’s brand in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Using internal networks, external advertising, social platforms and other sources to identify the right science and technology candidates for our customers’ hiring campaigns.
  • Approaching these candidates with a compelling proposition to attract their attention, in written, verbal, video or other form.
  • Qualifying candidates to understand their career goals, experience and motivations.
  • Building long‑term relationships and bringing candidates into our Talent Community.
  • Presenting job opportunities in an engaging manner to candidates.
  • Supporting and guiding candidates through the hiring and decision‑making process.
  • Ultimately, helping our clients to secure the right individuals for their job opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background, professional experience or demonstrated interest in science, ideally as it relates to human biology, organic chemistry, pharmacology or drug discovery/development.
  • Love to work with people, and ability to build relationships and rapport, ideally in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write persuasively.
  • Committed to self‑development, track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, and accountability for own results.

You’ll be paid well, with a good basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses on a quarterly and annual basis. The position is based in central Cardiff, and you’ll need to be in the office full‑time for at least the first few months while we get you up to speed.
