The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

As the selected RF Team Lead, you'll provide technical leadership for the development of projects whilst ensuring high quality, repeatable designs that meet the agreed requirements. The right candidate will have a solid background in RF design, experience of taking a leading role on engineering projects and be an excellent communicator. The role is an 80/20 split in favour of design to leadership.

Responsibilities for the role of RF Team Lead will include:

  • Review projects progress, set priorities, and address challenges.
  • Conduct design reviews to ensure RF systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with baseband, software, and audio teams to integrate RF solutions into broader projects.
  • Assist mentors providing guidance and support on technical issues.
  • Engage in project management activities, such as updating project timelines, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

As the selected RF Team Lead, your experience will include:

  • RF electronics design background.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate technical leadership within a product development environment.
  • Experience of specifying technical requirements and taking a lead role in delivering against these requirements.
