Senior Scientist β Polymer Analytics // HPLC // Nanovesicle Drug Delivery // Cambridge
You are an industry experienced polymer scientist with a deep interest in analytics and experience using chromatography techniques (including HPLC) on polymer formulations.
You are looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, dynamic biotech environment where your work will enable revolutionary new therapies for patients suffering from real unmet need.
We are working with a rapidly growing biotech based in Cambridge that has raised over Β£25 million and announced a huge strategic partnership with big pharma to build the next generation of polymer nanovesicles for gene therapy drug delivery. They have developed unique polymer nanotechnology with a proven capability to encapsulate and release drugs on hard to reach targets far beyond difficult biological barriers (e.g. the blood brain barrier).
They are hiring a Senior Scientist Polymer Analytics to take their world class team to an even higher level. Not only will you be undertaking cutting edge science with significant potential for patient benefit, but youβll be able to work alongside fantastic scientists of multiple disciplines while being exposed to exceptional development and progression opportunities.
This is a very varied and hands on role. Your work will be vital to the development of extremely high potential therapeutics.
