Senior Scientist – Nanoparticle Formulations
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist with deep expertise in nucleic acid drug delivery systems, particularly within nanomedicine. This role focuses on developing and validating cutting-edge formulations using advanced nanoparticle technology.

The Role
As a member of the formulations team, you will design and execute experiments to develop nanoparticle formulations for drug delivery, with a strong emphasis on nucleic acid encapsulation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse complex data, and contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions. As a senior scientist you will have autonomy in your work and project leadership opportunities.
Essential Qualifications
Ph.D. with a 2+ years experience, or a Masters with 6+ years relevant industry experience.
Strong experience in nanoparticle formulation and characterisation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in genetic material encapsulation.
Knowledge of polymer chemistry and related formulation processes.
