Your expertise is driven by a desire to discover next-generation therapeutics for rare disease patients with unmet needs. We are collaborating with a Cambridge-based start-up that has recently secured significant funding and partnerships with major pharma companies. The company develops polymer nanoparticles for gene therapy drug delivery, capable of penetrating biological barriers, targeting specific cell types, and releasing genetic payloads intracellularly. Their proprietary technology exhibits low immunogenicity and has the potential to revolutionize gene therapy. Your work will be crucial in determining which gene therapies are delivered to the most challenging targets. You will have ownership of your research, with opportunities for growth and development.
