JOB ROLE
As an HR Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also assist in performance management, payroll administration, and compliance while identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be mentored and have scope for growth moving forward.
ABOUT YOU
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Experience within Biotech or Pharma.
