SINGU is seeking a Solutions and Implementation Team Lead to join our Customer Experience team, taking ownership of a team of 6–8 specialists and driving the delivery of all Micad/SINGU (Hard FM) implementations across our UK customer base.
In this role you’ll be both a hands-on leader and a strategic contributor.
You will build team capability, act as the senior escalation point for complex projects, and play a key role in shaping how our delivery function scales for the future.
