About The Role

We’re looking for a Solutions and Implementation Team Lead to join our Customer Experience team, taking ownership of a team of 6–8 specialists and driving the delivery of all Micad/SINGU (Hard FM) implementations across our UK customer base. In this role, you’ll be both a hands-on leader and a strategic contributor. Building team capability, acting as the senior escalation point for complex projects, and playing a key role in shaping how our delivery function scales for the future.

What you'll be doing as Solutions and Implementation Team Lead:

  • Own the delivery of all Micad/SINGU projects - take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of the team’s project portfolio, ensuring consistent quality, on time delivery, and customer satisfaction across every implementation.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of implementation specialists - set clear goals, provide regular coaching and feedback, creating an environment where individuals are empowered to perform at their best.
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation - own the technical deployment of Micad & SINGU products for UK customers, configuring solutions to meet their specific requirements, delivering training, and ensuring successful go live.
  • Act as a technical advisor and product expert - develop deep knowledge of our platform to guide customers through complex configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities to expand usage across their organisation.
  • Conduct strategic Success Planning - lead Success planning sessions with key accounts, demonstrating measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and our solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally - collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to deliver seamless customer experiences, provide product feedback, and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for projects - step in decisively when complex issues arise, providing clear direction and resolution for both internal teams and customers, ensuring escalations are handled quickly and professionally to protect relationships and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive professional development across the team - identify individual strengths and development needs, build personal development plans, and champion learning pathways that grow both technical expertise and broader professional skills within the team.
  • Contribute strategically to the scalability of the team - work closely with senior leadership to define how the implementations function grows, including team structure, resourcing models, tooling, and process frameworks that enable the team to scale effectively as the business expands.

What We're Looking For:

  • People leadership - you have demonstrable experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of building high performing, motivated teams.
  • Commitment to professional development - you invest in your team’s growth, actively coaching individuals to reach their potential.
  • Delivery ownership and escalation management - you take full accountability for your team’s project portfolio and are comfortable stepping in as the senior point of escalation.
  • Strategic thinking and scalability mindset - you think beyond the day-to-day and contribute meaningfully to how the team evolves.
  • Technical implementation experience - you have a proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or solutions consulting roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude - you're comfortable learning complex software platforms, conducting technical demonstrations and troubleshooting issues.
  • Excellent communicator - you can translate technical concepts into business value, build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven and technically proficient - you're comfortable with CRM software and project management tools.

What Success looks like in this role:

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build and sustain a high performing team that delivers consistently outstanding results. Performance indicators will centre on team engagement and development, on time project delivery rates, customer satisfaction across the Micad/SINGU (Hard FM) portfolio, quality of escalation management, and your contribution to the strategic scalability of the function.

Where will you be based? This role is based remotely in the UK, with regular travel across the UK for on-site customer visits.

If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
